How to Redeem Noon Gift Cards

  1. Customer to login to noon.com and create their account. This eGift card has to be redeemed at https://account.noon.com/credits/

  2. The Gift Card can be redeemed on the Noon website and mobile app.
  3. The Gift Card can only be redeemed on noon.com.

Terms & Conditions for Noon Gift Card

  1. The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards.

  2. The Gift Card can be issued and redeemed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) only.
  3. The Gift Cards balance in a customer's noon pay cashback balance cannot exceed a limit of 10,000 SAR.
  4. The Gift Card can be redeemed via: https://account.noon.com/credits/
  5. Noon Pay can be used on the following digital platforms - noon.com.
  6. The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com, including sale items.
  7. The Gift Card may also be used for Recharges and/or Bill Payments services on the noon pay-KSA platform.
  8. If a customer would like to use the redeemed Gift Card balance on the noon pay platform and access additional spending touchpoints, then the customer will have to successfully complete the initial KYC process by scanning their Iqama ID.
  9. The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account.
  10. Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at noon or any noon-affiliated property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued.
  11. You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized use.
  12. You can only use your reference number to communicate a gift card(s) complaint and never share the gift card number and/or PIN with anyone, in any circumstance.
  13. Noon is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission.
  14. Noon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
  15. Noon vouchers given in the campaign will be valid for Six months from the date of Issuance.
  16. Redemption Process for Mobile App/ Mobile Web:

    2. Go to 'My Accounts' and select 'Gift Card'
    3. Tap on 'Redeem Gift Card".
    4. Enter the 16 digit Gift Card number and the 4 digit PIN. Tap on 'Proceed'
    5. Your Gift Card amount will be added to your noon pay cashback balance
    6. The Gift Card balance will be visible to you at checkout when you choose noon pay as your preferred payment option
  17. Redemption Process Noon Website:
    1. Log in or create your account on www.noon.com
    2. Go to My Accounts and then click on Orders
    3. Click on Gift Card from the options on your left.
    4. Select the tab Redeem Gift Card and enter the Gift Card Number & PIN. Then click on Proceed.
    5. Your Gift Card amount will be added to your noon pay cashback balance

Steps for claiming extended warranty in the service support

  1. Initiate Registration: After receiving your SAR 150 Noon voucher, click on “Participate Now” and then click the link provided. Send the consent message on the WhatsApp bot and follow the subsequent steps to register your Grundfos SCALA2 pump and claim your extended warranty.

  2. Accept Terms & Conditions: Read and accept the Program Terms & Conditions to provide consent for product registration and the processing of your information.
  3. Locate Your Pump Serial Number: Keep your SCALA2 pump serial number handy. You can find it on the nameplate label at the front of the pump, just below the display.
  4. Register Your Product: Click on Start Registration and enter your first name, family name, pump serial number, city and mobile number.
  5. Select the Dealer: Choose the dealer from whom you purchased the pump. If your dealer is not listed, select “Others” and enter the name of the dealer, online platform or website where you purchased the pump.
  6. Confirm Successful Registration: Once your details are submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging the registration of your SCALA2 pump.
  7. Select Extend Warranty: From the available menu options, select “Extend Warranty” to initiate the warranty extension process. Ensure your purchase falls within the eligible offer period. (September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026)
  8. Confirm Your Registered Product: Select the registered SCALA2 pump serial number for which you wish to avail the extended warranty.
  9. Upload Your Purchase Invoice: Choose “Yes” when prompted to upload your invoice and submit a clear copy of the purchase invoice for verification. The invoice is required to validate your eligibility for the offer.
  10. Await Verification and Confirmation: Once the invoice is submitted, Grundfos will review the details and revert within 24–48 hours. Upon successful verification, the warranty extension will be processed in accordance with the Program Terms & Conditions.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is only applicable to select customers of Grundfos and not applicable to employees, dealers, installers, wholesalers, distributors of Grundfos and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
  2. This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for "cash".
  3. This offer is not for sale.
  4. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
  5. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
  6. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner Dealer Name and other details, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
  7. Handwritten bills/invoices, photocopied bills/invoices, altered, cancelled, returned, missing SCALA2 product mention or missing quantity on the invoice will not be considered
  8. Product quotations, proforma Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, stock transfer documents and wholesale invoices between distributors will not be eligible and will not be considered for gratification in the campaign.
  9. Only the purchases made between 01/11/2026 to 30/11/2026 (30 days) will be considered for rewards.
  10. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
  11. Each bill/invoice will be valid for redemption of up to one (1) reward code only, irrespective of the number of eligible SKUs purchased under that invoice. To claim the another reward from the same invoice, the customer must register again and upload the same invoice during the second registration.
  12. Each successful entry and validated claim will be eligible for a SAR 150 Noon Voucher
  13. Each successful and validated claim will also be eligible for a SIX(06) Month warranty extension and subject to terms and conditions of the Grundfos SCALA 2 Warranty following the due process of warranty registration.
  14. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organisation.
  15. The customer must register the voucher within 03 days of purchase. Entries received after this period will not be considered for gratification. All registration data must be accurate and verifiable. Entries using incorrect or misleading information will be void and may be reported to the Ministry of Commerce (MoC).
  16. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
  17. A maximum of 3 reward vouchers may be claimed per person, per mobile number, per email id during the promotion period.

  20. Grundfos or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible in case the Voucher codes have expired for any reason whatsoever.
  21. Grundfos or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd and the Stores are not responsible for any loss or theft of the Vouchers. No duplicate Voucher shall be issued to the customers.

Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
  23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest existent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
